Tottenham Spurs, for whom Egyptian internationals Ahmed Hossam 'Mido' and Hossam Ghaly play, will have also to play Belgium's Club Brugge and Romanian giants Dinamo Bucharest.
Martin Jol's team then travel to Bayer Leverkusen and finish at home to Dinamo Bucharest.
"It will be an exciting journey for us,"
said Jol.
"I think we have done OK, we have Bruges at home and if we can get a good result in that it would set us up for the difficult trip to Leverkusen."
Egypt goalkeeper Sherif Ekrami and his Dutch side Feyenoord have been handed a relatively easier draw, having been placed in Group E.
They will take on Premiership mid-table side Blackburn Rovers, Swiss club Basel, Poland's Wisla and Nancy of France.
