Mohamed Zidan's Werder Bremen managed to win their home Champions League clash with Levski Sofia by two goals to nil.
Werder Bremen scored a goal in each half, Naldo gave his side the lead in the stoppage time of the first half from a freekick which was deflected off the wall and hit the bottom of the left post before going in.


on the secound half Brazilian playmaker Diego sealed the victory in the 73rd minute when he raced on to Ivan Klasnic's first-time through pass before rounding the keeper the poking home.. Egyptian striker Zidan recovered from injury and was on the subs bench but he didn't see action
