Adam El-Abd's Brighton Hove Albion's unbeaten run was brought to an end by Tranmere Rovers F.C..

Follow up:
the Egyptian defender Adam El-Abd played the full game as he forced into desperate measures as Tranmere piled on the pressure, but Albion's defences were finally breached in the 20th minute.
Tempers flared midway through the half when Gareth Taylor lashed out at El-Abd from the floor, but the Tranmere striker escaped an early bath when referee Kevin Wright only produced a yellow card, before unbelievably booking Adam El-Abd as well.
