Mainz Beat Wolfsburg 0-3!


Egyptian striker Mohamed Zidan and his teammates at Mainz managed to walk away with three precious points from their away clash with Wolfsburg.


The game ended in an impressive 0-3 win for Mainz as Thurk and Auer scored the three goals. Mohamed Zidan was in the starting eleven and played 66 minutes before he was replaced by Auer who scored the 2nd and 3rd goals.


Michael Thurk and Benjamin Auer brought life back into Mainz 05, spelling trouble for Wolfsburg with a 3-0 win. The Wolves, for their part couldn't shake off a losing streak at home. Mohamed Zidane who is on loan from Werder Bremen to Mainz has scored 6 goals already this season and 3 goals for Werder Bremen the year before.


However, Mohamed Zidane still hasn't been invited to play in the international game between Egypt and Spain at 2nd of June.

According to this result, Mainz needs only 2 points from the next 2 games to make sure that they will spend another season in German´s Bundesliga, Division 1.
