Batswana first team contingent is to arrive in Cairo on Wednesday morning to face their Egyptian counterpart in an African cup of nations qualifier next Saturday.

Egyptian football association (EFA)announced on Tuesday that the Nigerian refereeing crew, led by Limeer Emaneul and linemen Edib Peter and Twin Ogini, are due to arrive later on Thursday.


The pharaohs are eager to win the game in order to secure their place in the finals, as three points would be enough for the cup holders to top the 2nd group.


Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Sudan, Tunisia, Angola, Senegal, and several other countries have already qualified for the African cup of nations, and there is room only for three more teams.
