Having already informed our readers that Egyptian Clubs Masri and Enppi are on the verge of signing Ivory Coast World Cup keeper Jean Jaques Tizie, SoccerEgypt can now report Masri is clearly ahead of Ennpi in the race to bring the keeper to Egypt´s Division 1.


Masri´s chairman Saied Metwaly is now in France, keen to get a signature on the contract.


SoccerEgypt posted the news some time ago that Masri had initiated talks with Ivory Coast keeper Tizie to bring the talented goalkeeper to the Egyptian League Division 1 next season. Masri´s president Saied Metwaly tabled an offer to Jean Jacques Tizie that Tizie is ready to accept. The Ivorian first-choice keeper Tizie was also approached by Arab Champions League runners-up Enppi, but Enppi seems to be out of the race to sign at the moment.
